• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email and/or SMS.

• As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID to follow your package in real-time.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently ship all over India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

• Tier 2/3 Cities: 3–6 working days

• Remote/Rural Areas: 5–8 working days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, strikes, or regional restrictions.

💸 Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹399.

• A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹399.

📦 Packaging

We use food-grade, tamper-proof, and eco-conscious packaging to ensure the products reach you fresh and safe.

🔄 Delayed or Failed Delivery

• In case of delay due to an incorrect address or unavailability at delivery, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery.

• If the delivery fails after 2 attempts, the product may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
