At Shuddhyum Food Products LLP, we are committed to ensuring a satisfying and reliable experience for our customers. While we take utmost care in delivering high-quality products, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. In such cases, we offer a transparent and customer-friendly refund policy.

Return & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return and refund policy in the following situations:

  • If the product package is found tampered, damaged, or compromised at the time of delivery.

  • If the wrong product has been delivered or if there is any mismatch in quantity or description.

Customers must notify us within 7 working days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return or refund. The product should remain in its original, unused condition, along with intact packaging and a valid invoice.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email us at care@shuddhyum.com or call us at +91-9575178057 with your order ID, issue details, and supporting photos (if applicable).

  2. Verification: Our team will assess the issue and may request additional details if needed.

  3. Approval & Refund: Once the return is approved, a refund will be initiated within 7 working days via the original mode of payment or as store credit, as preferred by the customer.

Exclusions

Refunds and returns will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after 7 working days from the date of delivery.

  • Products that have been used, altered, or tampered with post-delivery.

  • Packages opened without clear signs of tampering or damage.

Shuddhyum reserves the right to deny any return or refund claim that does not comply with the above conditions.
